Born in Fort Worth and raised in Palestine, TX, Colton found his love for music when he took the stage on a Friday night to sing karaoke at 11 years old. By the time he was 13 he picked up a guitar and quickly discovered his love for writing and performing. In no time, he had written his first song, "Talk of The Town."
At 15, he released three of his original songs on all music platforms, followed by a live single. This paved his way to be nominated for Artist of The Year (Under 18) and Social Impact Song of The Year for “Talk of The Town” at the 2025 Josie Music Awards, held at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.
Colton was also selected to perform at the Larry Joe Taylor Songwriter's Showcase, competing for a spot to perform at the annual Larry Joe Taylor Music Festival. Though he did not win the competition, he is the youngest artist to be invited to the Showcase.
Playing shows from the Texas coast to the Fort Worth Stockyards, he has opened for Texas Country Music artists and has headlined his own shows. Bringing energy & passion to each show, he draws fans in with his unique voice and crowd interactions.
